Do not be fooled like I was, this is “It’s Just Wings” from Chili’s Bar & Grill. So expect the same mediocre quality food and flavor that you will get with most other Chili’s food. I wasn’t aware that this was Chili’s until I finalized my order and it said to pick them up at Chili’s. Bonk! I could have cancelled and moved on, but I wanted to give them another try and hoped I would be surprised by the difference. Newsflash: same quality of food as Chili’s – mediocre at best.

Revising again: Gave them another chance today. Got the same quality of food with hardly any sauce and definitely not “tossed with sauce”. Also they placed normal fries vs curly (didnt even have that option on the menu). Tried to reach out per the restaurants comment but since it was ordered via UberEats they won’t help me. Had to get a refund through Ubereats.

I would give this zero stars if I could. When I got my food it was cold. Didn’t have eleven wings only had nine also I didn’t even get my fries with my order. I couldn’t eat it because it was so cold so my money went to waste and the sauce wasn’t even on All the wings

My daughter just spent over 50 dollars for her Door dash order. ALL OF THE FOOD WAS COLD. She wanted bone in and received boneless bites. Literally too less than 8 mins for the food to arrive. Horrible!!!! Shame on It’s Just Wings! Treat your customers right, no matter what method of consuming your food we choose. Don’t give sub par scraps because we utilized Door dash.
