Just to to start this off on the right note, it’s a maximum of five stars well this place deserves 10 stars. Best BBQ I’ve had in a very long long time!!! I ordered the 3 meat combo plate : tri-tip, brisket, and hot link. This came with 2 side dishes which I ordered BBQ beans and Mac and cheese. I got a ton of the most tender meat I’ve ever had!!! I can’t say enough about the speed and friendliness of the employees. I will be back very soon for my next dose of BBQ and I recommend everyone give them a try.

After coming here over a month ago, I went to a bunch of other BBQ places and declare this my favorite BBQ place in the county. They definitely have properly smoked meat. Favorites are pork ribs, hot links and brisket. Pulled pork is good. I didn’t care for the tri tip and chicken (I never seem to like BBQ chicken from anywhere and it doesn’t help that it’s white meat) and garlic bread is just ok but everything else is so very good. I keep missing out on the beef rib special and want to also try the burnt ends now that I’ve been there 3x and had almost every main item. The young woman that works the counter has such a positive attitude that it’s really uplifting. Prices are very reasonable especially for the quality.

Best BBQ place I have been too! This place smokes Bodacious BBQ. The food was so delicious and so were their sides. I had a tri-tip sandwich with the hot links, collared greens as my side and a homemade lemonade. The sandwich was made to perfection, the bread was delicious and somewhat crunchy with a good amount of meat that was seasoned well. The collared greens tasted so good and the lemonade was homemade and was also yummy. Definitely recommend this place.

this is 6 Star restaurant. Food 10/10 service 11/10 atmosphere 10/10. Shout out to my new friend Patricia. She is so genuine and down to earth she always get my order right, she sweet and will ALWAYS thank you when tipping. They are genuine to their craft. It’s Smokey and mouthwatering. It’s authentic soul food. It’s made with love and cooked to perfection. If you love BBQ please come here, it’s so worth it. The sweet tea is southern and the mac & cheese is what you think of when you think of southern cooking. The brisket is Smokey and it’s all around fantastic!!!! Do yourself a favor and eat some fresh delicious made BBQ right here in Oxnard. Don’t be surprised if you see a line out the door

This spot is mind meltingly dank I ordered their pulled pork sandwich with macaroni. The porks flavor was artistically perfect, the roll cradled the meat and it never got soggy, the pickles were solid, last but not least the macaroni was delicious very cheesy and rich. 6/5 stars

Our first time here yesterday. We absolutely loved the food! My husband got the 2 meat plate with brisket and pulled pork with a side of Mac n’ cheese. I got the pulled pork sandwich with bbq beans. We also tried the cornbread and lemonade. Everything was excellent!! The smell of the smoker in the parking lot definitely got our mouths watering as we walked into the restaurant. The BBQ sauce was excellent hence the name. My husband even got his BBQ sauce extra extra spicy and I tried the regular. We will definitely be coming back here every time we visit Camarillo!! I also want to add that the woman working was so genuinely friendly and kind. Thank you for the delicious food!!

Heard rave reviews about this place, pricey $12-$14 for just a sandwich but they do pile up on the meat! Garlic bread and the sides are tasty – collard greens, coleslaw, baked beans are good as well. So far we’ve tried links, brisket and tri-tip, will be back for more. The spot is tucked away, lookout for the truck

Went in for my first time today and I don’t regret it !!! The lady that was taking my order was very nice. I asked if she may choose the meats for my combo as it was my first time here. As I got into the car the bbq gave off an AMAZING smell that I couldn’t help myself rip the bag open and start to dig in. It was very juicy and flavorful! Will definitely be back

The greatest BBQ I’ve tasted! Very flavorful. The peach cobbler with a side of Ice cream is so good, homemade flavor!! They also have an outside food truck and outdoor seating. I drove from Woodland Hills just for this BBQ.
