The service was fantastic. Debbie was very helpful and made great recommendations. The food was better than the service. The taste reminded me of my time in Italy. The marinara sauce was wonderful old world style. I will need to come back because I hear the entrees are even better.

Awful experience. Ordered for the first time and requested delivery. I was told an hour. After an hour, I received a call saying driver was not from here and could not find our address. I specifically told them we were on Beach Road but they put the address in as Beach Drve and could not find us. She said it would be another 20 minutes. I requested a refund. She said she did not know how to issue a refund and then stated that I had previously ordered delivery to Beach Drive however I have never called or ceaten at this restaurant. This was my first and only order. She was to call me back and confirm the refund. After 20 minutes, I called and she informed me that she had already returned my call to confirm refund but she NEVER called me. Customer service is terrible. I cannot review food as we never received our pizza. Never again!

Italiano’s seems to be overextended with their multiple locations. After ordering the calzone, I can say nearly all the ingredients were the cheapest that could be bought; the ham was quite literally worse than lunch meat. Moreover, the lasagna ground beef was either precooked or the chef must have taken all the flavor out of it themselves – it was as gray as could come with no seasoning in sight. If you want good italian, make the 5-10 minute extra drive to venice island.

I’m surprised at the amount of bad reviews. Not sure if they have a service problem on certain nights, but the staff was super friendly when I visited 8/15. As far as the Pizza goes, I was shocked at how good it was. I’m not generous when it comes to pizza reviews whatsoever, so I’m happy to hand out a 5 star here. This is my favorite style of pizza and they do it well. The crust is thin, crispy and they use quality ingredients. I’m praying they’re consistently this good because I’ve had so many terrible pies in Florida.

Pizza was good that was a walk in order to take with me. The plazza has a business that drawers young 10 year old children that were coming in and out and was 8 of them standing at the register and being kids extremely loud. It is a small location. If we were trying to eat at the restaurant it would have been a disappointment.

Love their pizza. Pricey though but that is not a complaint. Wonderful splurge for the flavor! Only reason I did 4 instead of 5 stars is due to cool pizza for delivery. I don’t mind warm but cool wasn’t great. And part of ordering is not to have to cook… Even if just to warm up fresh pizza. But I love the pizza!!
