Great pizza and cheesy bread. Place was busy on Saturday evening and I can see how it lives up to it’s reputation as a local favorite. Worth the wait.

the food was delicious and the service was just as good. we came in on a friday night with a party of 17 and the staff were very polite. if they were saying swear words in their heads i couldn’t tell. it was awesome.

I cannot tell you how great this place is. As a freshman at Monmouth I’ve never heard of this place but me and some friends came and oh wow. We sat down and we were immediately greeted my the owner who talked to us and was overall very friendly. But the food….. oh my the food. We got some garlic bread with cheese and it made our mouths drop it was so good, then the pizza was equally as good, and everything was made from scratch and you can tell. Just an incredible place, I will definitely be recommending it to my friends at school.

We waited for 15 minutes before we were even able to order our appetizer. Took another half hour before we received the appetizer. Worst off, we ordered a large pizza and then waited an hour and a half before we had a server come over and tell us that they LOST OUR ORDER. Waited another half hour on the new pizza. We chose to not even eat in the restaurant because it took so long so this pizza better be good when we get home. Husband and I not impressed. Never coming back.

Great place, service was excellent, it does take awhile to get your pizza but it’s well worth the wait. It’s normal price for a mom and pop pizza place, bring cash as they don’t take cards. There is a bank atm across the street.

Horrible service, the spaghetti is terrible, the sauce was all on the bottom and the noodles were barley covered. No warning ANYWHERE that its CASH ONLY until we had already finished the eating. Takes an hour, even for a cheese pizza, recommend ordering ahead if you can. Should have waited the 45 minutes for a table at Alfano’s

Pizza and garlic bread were great. Our pizza seemed quite expensive. We had ordered a half of 1 type, half of the other. But only 1 ingredient was different. It appears she charged us for 6 different ingredients. We didn’t realize this until after we’d left. Definitely worth going there again.
