Went here just now and I’m not one to write bad reviews for anyone cause I understand having bad days, but came with my family and we all got sushi. My little brother found two light hairs in his sushi (he has black hair) and my daughter had a bug that was cooked into her noodles (like in the noodle still) STILL ALIVE wiggling around. We got hers remade and we gave her our sweet carrots (cause their her favorite) asked for those to be remade as well since they were in the plate with the bug and they tried to charge me for them. Got it taken off but after asking for my daughters meal to be discounted or taken off for the bug they said they could only offer to recook it. This on top of no refills until we were well ready to go. There was no attempt at trying here today and I wouldn’t recommend it too anyone now. I appreciate them recooking my daughters meal but it was said in a way as in she could’ve kept hers and just had it discounted with the bug? This was just nasty.

Buyer beware of the drive-thru. They advertise certain prices for their food in the drive-thru but when I went to go pay for it. They charged me more. When I brought this up to The employee at the drive-thru they said ” Sorry That’s how much it is”. They didn’t make it right. They charged me more than they should. Take a look at my pictures. Chicken lo mein advertises $8.99. Look at the receipt. They charged me $9.99. see the Picture of the spring rolls. They advertised $2.99. Take a look at the receipt. They charge me $3.50. Just beware…

We use to go to this wonderful restaurant when it was in its old location where mi Toro is located. We have missed this wonderful place. And Zack is such a good cook. And glad he is back in business. But we will miss the elderly man that use to cook.

Always get chicken hibachi which is always good . Ordered broccoli instead of mushrooms but of course they didn’t add what I asked for . My chicken was so dry and chewy I couldn’t eat it . My other one was the same way for my boyfriend. Not happy at all. For 27.00 should of been hot instead of our food being cold as well. Probably will try another restaurant next time .

First time trying Itako Hibachi Japanese Grill and I am not disappointed!!! This is so good and the service was 100%. I actually ordered 8 different meals and all were perfectly prepared and done in 10 minutes. It took me longer than that to get there. Very well done Itako!!!

Do NOT eat there! Watch the servers & cooks because absolutely no one there washes their hands nor wear gloves!! Absolutely disgusting! The way they handle & store the food is completely unsanitary. Fair warning!
