Been here before. Pizza is very oily and not offset by any crust or crunch in the dough or crust. This is not at all like a traditional New York slice. Thin and doughy, with a lot of oil from the mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend. Sweeter sauce as well.

Pizza was pretty good but took 20 minutes for a few takeaway slices. It wasn’t crowded and was lunchtime. They really need to improve the service.

Just look at the pictures of the food. Food taste like precooked frozen food. It’s absolutely disgusting. Falafel is nasty. I wanted some falafel since I was in the area and wanted to give them a try. I’m from the Middle East and I have to tell you, what they are serving is not falafel. If you want great falafel you should try the REAL middle eastern restaurants on the west side of Cleveland. This place is an absolute joke. High school cafeteria food is better. Just close down and go home and stop selling this “food” to people.

The food here has always been decent and that hasn’t changed…I looked at my receipt and saw that they had charged me a separate $1.50 checkout fee on my $38.00 order and I paid with a debit card.When I called to discuss it whomever answered laughed and said” than don’t come here anymore if you don’t like it” . That’s no way to speak to someone who has been eating at your establishment for decades…

My wife took me to Issi’s place for dinner. I ordered the Vegetarian Wrap with a hard boiled egg and fries and a fountain soda. The setting is more like a coney Island where you order at the counter and they bring it out to you. The Wrap had generous portions of vegetables. The fries came out in a basket hot and tasty. The fountain drink I got, the Lipton Brisk sweet tea, was delicious. Refills off the fountain were free. I went home full due to the large portion sizes. Yum!
