If I could give it a 0 I would. We ordered the goat curry with roti for the menu price of $15. We were charged $19, and it came with rice instead of roti. We decided to try it anyways, and it was terrible. The rice was blandness, had no flavor and the goat was tough and tasteless. The way it was presented in the box was great, but presentation doesn’t mean anything if the food is garbage. Took a few bites, and threw the rest in the trash. Don’t waste your money on this place.

I have never been so disgusted with paying for food. Stopped by a food truck for OXTAILS! Whyyyyy?? Pulling on oxtails with teeth, oxtails were blackened? I didn’t ask for blackened oxtails lol, i didn’t ask for a plantain either and it was in my rice a small amount of cabbages and a plethora of box azz rice! I can’t…charged me a whopping $30 tip included! Lol, nevaaaaaaaa again. So disappointed because cause my mouth was watering.

You are not going to get better Caribbean jerk chicken than this place. One of my favorite lunch spots. It’s fast, delicious and they’re super friendly people. Love this place!

As a West Indian, we are hard critiques on other west Indians food lol, with that being said the oxtail and brown stew chicken, including the fried okra was worth every penny. The rice is sweet, which is a alternate method to cook rice around the Caribbean. It was very good, respect. Also to viewers, remember west Indian cuisine is very diverse in flavor and ingredients, so trying multiple dishes is required to find your favorite! all in all, the former Olympian is doing a great job!

Came back a 2nd time within 24 hrs to have the oxtails, just to see how consistent they could be and they were consistent. As a true West Indian (not raised or grew up, whatever that means, or someone who took a visit on cruise/all exclusive resort to some janky colonized port own by the cruise lines) I had high expectations and they met them. Oxtail tender, rice cooked and seasoned, cabbage soft and mushy like it’s suppose to be. From one REAL West Indian to another , respect This maybe a bias review, but I know what REAL West Indian food taste like and it meets the standard and above. & for people who don’t know how to cook , be wise. For people curious to try West Indian food, you won’t miss with any entree you decided on, my advice is give it a good faith try.

I had the oxtail with some rice & peas… it was the TRUTH. I drove 30 minutes and was not disappointed. I might come again tomorrow. It was THAT good. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an authentic Jamaican spot.

Most authentic ‘Jamaican’ food I’ve had in nearly 10 years of searching after visiting Jamaica, everything was amazing, jerk chicken was spot on, yellow rice was great, plantains perfect. So good I immediately went back and got a beef and chicken patty despite being stuffed because I HAD to try them, they were also exactly as expected. SOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD
