The vegan curry goat is DELICIOUS!! Omg, I gotta come back to Montgomery during the week bc they’re not open on the weekends. I got a lot of food for a very reasonable price. Every worker I interacted with was very polite & professional and knowledgeable about vegan options, which really helped bc I’m vegan & my husband isn’t. I’ll definitely be back.

We’ll I’m back in Montgomery and at it again at this Wonderful establishment. I was here several weeks ago on TDY and was not slated to be back until December. Anyway, you guys rock. Food was delicious! We had oxtails, Jerk chicken and brown stew chicken were all seasoned.. The Mac-N-Cheese was great as well..Didn’t give 5th star because they were out of Bammy and sweet peach tea. The Peachy Smoothie was the bomb.. Will visit every time we come to Montgomery.

When I arrived at Island Delight, I sat down at a table. I waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken. However, I noticed that two tables that came in AFTER me had their orders taken before mine. While I am ordering, the waitress tells me that she needs to close out another tab at a different table. However, when she saw my face, she continued to take my order. I arrived at Island Delight at 12:03, during my lunch break. I did not receive my food until 12:46. When I received the food, the plantains were not fresh and some of them were hard. The macaroni and cheese was not hot, but it was warm. The reggae wings were good. I ordered a peach sweet tea, and on the menu, it said the drink cost $3. When I saw my receipt, the drink cost $4. This is my second time eating at Island Delight and both times were an experience.

Had the Roti and Curry Goat. Me being Trinidadian the Roti was too oily and thick. I got a lot of goat meat, and the flavor was great. I will rate my experience 6 out of 10.
