Really nice place. I had no idea when I came to Dickinson I would be able to get Jamaican food. The restaurant has both Jamaican and Haitian inspired dishes. The owner was very nice, restaurant was clean and service was great. I got the Curry Goat and it was fantastic! 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back next time I am in town!

The food is simply incredible, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The meat is so fresh, tender, and non-greasy. Food portions are large and enough to feed two. Food is delivered hot in a timely manner. Prices are more than reasonable.

Very impressed with the food, everything was so flavorful and delicious. The people working were friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Would definitely stop if passing through again!

I highly recommend the Beef Strew and white rice! Excellent service. Person who works here is kind. First time I had the beef stew it was amazing. I still like having the beef stew with steamed cabbage and white rice on the side. Keep up the good work guys. =-)

Found this lovely oasis of flavor while searching around for a place for dinner in Dickinson. Three of us landed there this evening. The location is deceiving as it is perched high in an annex of a hospital. The tiny restaurant is inside one of the office suites. Service was prompt and welcoming. A board on the wall describes the menu – Jamaican and Haitian cuisine. Drinks are limited to a refrigerator full of bottles of water, soda, tea, and Haitian Malta soda. No alcohol is served. The interior is tiny and has 4-5 tables. The kitchen is adjacent and looked very clean. Ordered two dishes of Shrimp Coconut curry with Haitian rice and spicy cole slaw. The third was a Jerk Chicken, Haitian rice, and spicy cole slaw platter. Also ordered fried plantains as an appetizer. Food arrived quickly and was plentiful. The tastes and spices were exquisite – yummy shrimp in Indian curry powder sauce. The cole slaw had a good kick to it. The rice with kidney beans offset the spices very well. All in all an excellent dinner. Prices are reasonable given the ample quantity on offer. Glad we went to this lovely local restaurant…please patronize, you won’t leave disappointed!

We tried multiple different dishes. Fried tilapia, jerk chicken tacos, frittay, curry goat, and kids chicken/rice. Everything was amazing. Our favorites wer the fried tilapia and curry goat. We will be ordering both again. We are already discussing what we will try next visit.

I had the full Tilapia and it was amazing. Crispy skin, great flavor, soft meat. The sides were spot on. The town is blessed to have this place. The atmosphere is relaxed, super clean, and the staff was so helpful and kind!!!! I’ll be eating here again next time I’m in town!!!

So wonderful! If you go Thu, Fri or Sat you’ll have the opportunity to get the Curry Goat. I am going to have to come back many times to try their whole menu.

Food is really good and friendly staff. We tried goat curry and fried tilapia. Goat is very tender, and the tilapia is crispy. The chief, herself, and the cashier checked on us and ensured everything was good. Totally recommend this place!

This place is a hidden gem. Almost gave up looking for it in the old hospital building as we went in the wrong entrance. Look for the outside stairs halfway down the building. It’s worth looking for. Fall off the bone chicken and SO flavorful. It is a small place with big portions. What a nice surprise for us as we stayed in town for one night.
