Questioned 5 star review before went. Tried and approved its REAL 5 stars. Trio is very good except beef taco is a little dry. Shrimp and Asada (octopus) burrito is so creative and tasted excellent. Her simle makes atmosphere sweet, too.

Had the isla trio which was a fish taco, Birria and shrimp taco. It was yummy and service was really good. Good quality food and owners take pride in what they produce. Husband had the burrita which was octopus and shrimp and onions in a burrito but without rice and beans. He loved it.

Hidden gem in Concord! The food was perfectly seasoned and they did not “compensate” for gringos by making the food bland and barely spicy (like a bell pepper). Their two salsas that are served with chips are bold, and one is spicier than the other, so you can choose. We went on a Friday during Lent and the fish tacos did not disappoint. Crispy garnish with a single jalapeno slice and fish cooked perfect…. Totally worth the wait. Staff brought over my Jarritos but forgot my bf’s water, and we waited about 30min for our food but they had a huge order just before we sat down, so I completely understand. I think there’s only one guy in the back cooking, but food was consistent, and ingredients were top notch and that’s what really matters. The price was surprisingly high for a Chile relleno, governor, and fish tacos, I felt like maybe a mistake had been made, but everyone I’ve asked in my circles agreed this is a fair price, so I’m admitting I don’t get out much. Great place but order ahead if you’re starving after work driving home!

First off the service is a big plus for me, server (owner) took their time to go over the menu with me. Second, food was fast and FRESH SEAFOOD. I had empanadas and aguachile rojo. THE BEST TASTE. Third, cant wait to be back and try more food items(cutomer from out of town). No beer yet but the owner is working on that.
