We have had a phenomenal experience while staying in haiku! The flavors they use, the love that goes into their food are top tier! Everything we had was delicious, best food we have had on the island. We spent everyday trying something new from the chef’s recommendations. Their flavors are beautifully mixed and I loved their salad!!! If you come to maui, you HAVE to eat here or you will regret it ❤️

The food here is AMAZING and the quality is unreal — pretty much all organic / farm to table and they even cook in a blend of avocado + coconut oil which is super delicious and way better for you. Everything is super fresh, the food is seriously delicious and they have a decent sized menu that has all kinds of specials and new items. The attention to detail and care in the food is really noticeable and the dishes all have lots of flavors and come with an array of fixings that are both beautiful and tasty. Portions are decent sized to large too. You won’t leave hungry.

Award worthy food! Isla Kitchen is a hidden gem that is serving up unbelievably delicious and high quality food. I was absolutely blown away by the flavor profiles and professional presentation coming from this truck. It was a happy accident that we couldn’t get into the sushi restaurant across the street and ended up dining at the trucks. You can grab a quick alcoholic beverage in the store across the street and BYOB. Then order the most delicious food you’ve had in awhile and indulge!

Ate a dinner here on a Wednesday night and it was packed full of amazing flavor. We made sure to eat there at least once a day for the remaining three days. Açai bowl was the best I’ve ever had and the salad can’t be passed up. We can’t wait to come back to the island and see you again.
