The food was so flavorful! Loved everything (except the fries, which were just Okay for the price). I liked the presentation of the food alot too.

Tried something new downtown Fargo and super glad I did. Loved the gyro wrap I got. Flavorful rice. The guy working there was super nice to me – treated me as if we had been lifelong friends. Very refreshing experience

My beef gyro was huge. And the dessert baklava was big. Both great! Can’t wait to go back.

Personal and family-run, I always enjoy stopping in. The wooden dishes are a nice aesthetic touch. I’ve enjoyed every meal, and there are a lot of varieties in flavor to choose from.

I come here three times a week; I’ve known the chef for ten years, starting as a cook at another restaurant, and now he’s opened his own, and I’m happy for him. I’ve traveled all over the world and in the United States, and I’ve eaten at numerous Mediterranean/Greek restaurants, but he is by far the only one who comes near to or equals my mother’s cooking. Ameen (the chef) is a fantastic cook and a kind person.

Chicken Tikka was delicious and juicy☺️ The Salad was little tangy and Lamb chunks sandwich was good but it would have been great if there was more lamb chunks. Ambience was not that great though, Can be improved.

I joined my sisters to celebrate a birthday. We ordered a couple of appetizers for our meal. We thought the food was excellent. We all thought it would be very worthwhile to return at another time. I recommend that you try the food at Ishtar’s.

Amazing little Mediterranean restaurant right in the heart of downtown Fargo. The dolma and hummus are easily some of the best in town. Particularly the hummus. Definitely worth the stop just for that.

Only 4 stars because i need to come back to try more, but for the first time going i got the falafel (wrap) and samosa (each flavor). The sauce with the samosa is good, as well as the samosa. The falafel by itself was super good and was delicious as a wrap. Would go again and try something else. It is worth 5 stars with the items I did try.

Great restaurant to eat at for dinner! The people who work here are really nice and will help you if they’re not busy. Just gotta say the price would be a little expensive but the food is worth it.
