Quaint diner in Harper’s Ferry. Very nice people and service. The food was delicious. They let us bring in our fur baby so even better. Would definitely come back and recommend you try it.

Not recommended. Bring cash to tip *after* you’re served (i.e., don’t tip when you order and pay!). You can probably plan to keep it. An order of soggy, undercooked fries came out relatively quickly, but we waited 45 minutes for a basic order of one pizza and cheesy bread, and they weren’t exceptionally busy. We were surrounded by un-bussed tables from the moment we walked in, and I know the servers had a fair amount of down time when we were there. One of the servers had to hand off her partially eaten ice cream cone to the cook so she could be bothered to hand us our food. The kitchen seems to be understaffed by design. The cook seemed very relaxed, though, so I guess credit to the owner for creating a nice environment for staff?

A sad sticky place. Sausage was so hard I couldn’t cut it, the butter had soured, pancakes were frozen microwaved ones and the eggs tasted pre-mixed. Water was good. Left feeling a bit depressed.

Burnt pizza, water down tea and a server more interested in his conversation with his co-worker instead of his paying customers. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so it’s not that they were overwhelmed with orders!!! Love to support local businesses but will not recommend or go back to this place.

Not enough variety of food. The kitchen was smoking bad and smell getting in the room. French fries were not cooked all the way. The waiter was very nice but he didn’t have help.

I don’t quite understand all the negative reviews. I had no issues with the food or quality of service. Everything was alright. Nothing was outstandingly good, but there was nothing horrible either. It was all around very average, for a fairly low price so no complaints.

Terrible service, had to ask kitchen staff for our order. After waiting nearly 15 minutes! Ordered pizza. Simple request, but not for this place. Pizza came no plates offered, nor silverware. I get it business is probably going out of business soon, cutting costs. Pizza was burnt. Crust was hard as a rock. Add poor service and we will never return. We’re local residents and sadly disappointed in isabellas. I will make it a point to tell my neighbors to avoid isabellas. I would advise you the same.
