I’ve been going to this place since I moved to Irvine in 2021 and it was a simple sandwich shop run by two wonderful older Korean ladies. Delicious food and it made you happy just to see them. When it sold a couple months back I was sad but am happy to say this place is alive and thriving still!!! A very kind man named Mark took it over and has put a breakfast twist to the original concept which is really great. He puts the same care into making excellent quality and delicious food and is just as kind and service minded. Try the breakfast burrito, it is delicious!

I think this used to be a different sandwich shop. whatever, this place is excellent. I just had one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. not too pricey. and the guys at the front is doing everything he can to make you feel welcome and fed. he was able to speak to everything on the menu, and made sure you had evey thing you needed, twice.

Fabulous hidden gem! Stopped in for an early breakfast before a meeting in the area, and we were very pleasantly surprised. They have gluten and dairy free options. The smoked salmon toast was amazing (delightful pesto and poached eggs). The owner Mark was super friendly and we wish him good luck with the business—we will be back again for sure!
