These pizzas can be super heavy, but if you’re ready then they’re seriously unbeatable. Very high quality crust and ingredients, and some really creative selections on the menu as well. The meat pizza was great, and I heard great things about the others too. I do wish there was at least a small table where the benches currently are, but it’s still a great place for pizza to go.

We love Iron Born! Never tried anything I did not like from here! Love their chips & dip, white pie, and forager! Fresh ingredients make such a difference! They have a thick crust it’s sooo good!

This is hands down my favorite Pittsburgh pizza place, even considering my country wide travels this still easily makes it in the top 3 pizza places I’ve ever eaten at. The pizza is incredible, hot melty cheese with crispy sides and divine toppings! Even the customer service is superb, thank you Julie for making our experience even better than we could have expected!

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and soppressata and it was delicious. The crust is very thick and there is a nice crusty coating around the outside. There is a perfect toppings to sauce ratio and the sauce was tasty. I’m glad I took a chance and tried something different. I also ordered the hot honey because I tried that before on a pizza and it was pretty good. Chicago style pizza is pretty good. I would order from here again. Very good pizza made with fresh ingredients. Very flavorful and very filling.

I got their Buffalo Chicken Pizza and it was pretty good. I also ordered their homemade chips. I thought there could have been a little more seasoning on them, but they were still very good.

I finally found my pizza fix!! Who would have thought honey on pizza would create such an amazing enhancement to pizza. I love how the outside crust is crisp but the inside is soft and not dry. Iron Born you have elevated pizza to the next level! Chicago Deep Dish has nothing on Forager Pie! (Chef’s Kiss)

I have never had Detroit style pizza, or even deep dish for that matter, but this is really good pizza! I order delivery today via UberEats and it arrived within a reasonable amount of time. The order consisted of a forager pie and a cannoli.

I’ve been wanting for a year or so, I was so looking forward to this. The garlic pull apart was so dry over cooked and the pizza was over cooked. Decent flavor, the crust had some buttery ness but all way to dry. I was generous and gave a 3 because I think it can be better.

This pizza was incredible. It was my first time so I didn’t know what to expect but the foragers pizza was fantastic! They do not skimp on the ingredients at all. The ricotta was incredibly creamy and delicious. The mushrooms were well-cooked. The crust was cheesy and crunchy. It was incredibly delicious and I enjoyed every bite. Cannot wait to try another one!
