Wanted some jerk chicken (dark) to go with cabbage, and this establishment was selected because they had exactly what I was looking for. I called the order in, and within 20 minutes, I was able to pick up. The woman that greeted me was so pleasant. The price paid for a jerk dinner was reasonable as well.

I will never come to this place again. I ordered the 2 meat dinner combo (brown stewed chicken & jerk chicken), mac & cheese, plantains & bread. The chicken pieces were very small & didn’t taste flavorful at all. The mac & cheese was bland & the plantains were overly soft. The rice & beans did not have any flavor & was gummy & stuck together. My piece of bread (in which I paid extra for because it didn’t come with the meal) had a bug embedded in it. Disgusting! I had to throw a $23 meal away. Never again.

Excellent jerk chicken that is so well seasoned. You don’t need to dip it in the sauce but chicken I definitely want to because the sauce is delicious not too much vinegar just right and the mac & cheese is slap. Your mama good.

I truly adore Irie Jerk Hut. I went through some of the previous reviews and I have no clue why some people did not have a great experience. Every time I come here is amazing. It’s like one of those simple life pleasures that I treasure. Their cabbage is the very best. The chicken is always hot and fresh. It’s expensive, but I have no issue paying for high quality product. Also they give a bountiful size portion. How could you not love it?
