Good, rich flavored ramen. I add a few extras (poached egg, hot oil, etc (all cost a little extra)). Super kid friendly. You can order bowls of noodles without broth (or little broth) for the kids, plastic cups, etc. Definitely a comfortable spot to eat with the whole family

Delicious. No other way to put it. The food came out super fast and everything was absolutely delicious. Very traditional style of food too, don’t expect any crazy new school or fusion type dishes. I wish there were more restaurants like this one. The only thing I would change about my experience would be to show up with an even bigger appetite so I can try more food off the menu!!

I walked in with no reservation for a table of 2 and we seated almost immediately. The server was super attentive and refilled our water cups every time it reached half level. The portion sizes of the appetizers are good enough to share between 2 people. Depending on how many you get, you may not have space for your ramen. The ramen is incredibly flavorful. The bathrooms were super clean too. Would return here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed it, the staff were very polite and one or two of them did speak Japanese!

Veggie ramen was delicious. Broth was thick and well flavored, really enjoyed the tofu as well. I ordered via Uber eats and enjoyed how everything came separately so nothing was soggy. Edit: went there again in person, got a different ramen with a mushroom tempura on top- highly recommend!

Always amazing! Food is incredible and so is the service. I do think their portion sizes got a little smaller recently. Cocktails are always delicious!!

We got the karaka spicy and a vegetarian one. Both were absolutely amazing – one of the best ramens I’ve ever had (both broth and noodles)

Stopped in before seeing a show nearby. We had the Akamaru Shinaji, the Karaage Rice, and the Miso Ramen. All dishes we tried were amazing. The depth of the broth in the Akamaru Shinaji was unbelievable – probably the best broth any of us had ever had. The mentaiko mayo on the Karaage rice dish was so flavorful, and the chicken in this dish was crispy perfection. This miso ramen was delicious as well, and the corn added a sweetness that complimented the dish. The only minor issue was our cocktails never came, but staff made sure they were removed from our bill. We would love to return again soon.

If you’re looking for an exceptional ramen experience in New York, look no further than Ippudo Westside. I recently visited this restaurant and was blown away by the quality of their food and service. I ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen, poke bun, and chicken wings and each dish was expertly prepared and absolutely delicious. The spicy tonkotsu ramen had the perfect amount of heat and the broth was rich and flavorful. The poke bun was a tasty appetizer that perfectly complemented the ramen, and the chicken wings were crispy and full of flavor.

Came here after a show, right before close. They were quick and didn’t feel rushed. Cucumber app was awesome and the ramen was excellent as always. I really like the long bar setup vs the tables and glad we were sat here.
