The food was good. But when we checked out, we were charged 18% gratuity on the screen which flashed away before we can see it. The clerk did not tell us that the gratuity was included in the bill but simply flipped the screen to next page. The screen then asked us to give tips 15% or above. So we ended up paying 18+15=32% tip… This is a totally fraud!! Why not be more transparent? Why do you want to deceive consumers like this? This is equivalent to a price increase in disguise. Maybe consumers will not see it in the short term. Once caught, you ruin your reputation. I think it is very unwise！！

Good quality pho with fresh taste! Banh Mi is average, and the rest of the menu was always fresh. I prefer the pho, but I sometimes experiment with the menu . I haven’t even experienced an acceptable off day. Consistent good quality food and service.

Their food is good but the restaurant is filthy. It needs a deep cleaning and they to take more pride in keeping cleaned afterwards. There is so much grim and food crumbs everywhere (chairs, walls, windows, window ledges, floor)! It makes me wonder what the kitchen is like!!!

A great place to stop and get a delicious bahn mi or pho. The bahn mi sandwiches are the cheapest around town with great quality. The service inside is also super fast and friendly

The pork banh mi sandwich was delicious, reasonably priced, and quickly made while I waited. The menus in the store have no pictures, so if you’re not familiar with their offerings, spend some time online checking it out first. Yum!!!

Excellent service and the best Pho I’ve ever had! The egg rolls, spring rolls, bun bowl and pad thai were also very good – portion size is generous too. We can’t wait to try more items!

Delicious pho and banh mi. Very busy. The staff was a little bit high strung trying to keep up with demand – you’d think it was the only Vietnamese joint in the city. Overall, good experience. They did forget our eggrolls, but they apologized and took it off the bill.

the Pho is fantastic. Fresh Spring rolls were very tasty and the dipping sauce really elevated the flavor. The pad Thai was surprisingly delicious. Food came out so quickly.
