Went with my younger brother today and the service was horrible. Our server crystal completely ignored us to the point we had to wait 20 minutes after our plates had already been cleared by a manager for that same manager to bring us our tab to pay even though crystal walked by several times at one point I even tried to politely stop her to ask for my tab and she just continued walking towards the back ignoring us, while the food was a decent price my steak was chewy and hard to cut. Part of me assumes the service may have been bad considering my young age but another part says that the place is likely poorly run by undertrained staff. I still left a 20% tip but I will not be back.

The casino is clean, safe, and has friendly staff. It has a decent number of slot machines. I visit about once every other month. On most of my visits in 2017, I made a little bit of money, and one time I hit a small jackpot. At the very least, my money would last for a couple of hours. However, since January of 2018, my two most recent visits have left me with zilch. I was playing max bets ($5 per spin). The greater risk should bring greater reward…or at least give me some playing time. I lost $160 in less than 20 minutes. One time with no hits I can chalk up to a bad night but after two times in a row, I will not be visiting the casino again. They seem to have tightened up their slots. Like all other Oklahoma tribal casinos, the casino is smoky.

Cold food waited 45 mins for our food didn’t even get everything we ordered our waitress completely forgot about us and was charged full price for 2 ribeye that were bloody n cold baked potatoes where cold n not done we never received our salads and we paid the ticket with a 50 dollar bill the ticket was 42 dollars and never received our change and we waited wont be back anymore for cold undercooked salty food

Ioway has the best food! A few of my favorites… Club Sandwich, Grilled Chicken, baked potatoes are just a few! The Ribeye was also delicious. It is worth the drive. Promise
