I see the pork belly is still as tasty as when I first had it back in 2020. For the first time I had their Bao .. one with pork and the other with chicken so the pork is wayyy better … their chicken is very tasteless and dry. I also tried their Takoyaki which are very delicious … definitely must try if you love octopus. For the ramen one is Shoyu which tofu was added on as you can see in the picture and it was okay … like i said before the chicken has no taste at all. On the other hand the Tonkotsu has braised pork which has a hint of sweetness to it and it’s just so tasty and that’s the main thing you need to try when ordering ramen. Everything else in the ramen was so good and tasty. The service was quick and if you don’t like talking when ordering .. it’s perfect because they have a computer where you place your order so no communication needed. For sure would want to come back and try the other appetizers.

So anyone who’ll see my other posts would know how much I appreciate good restaurants and mostly skip posting an average review unless they goof up as big as this place… having stuck and stale ramen at a ramen restaurant is simply not acceptable… I can but a noodle bowl for one tenth the cost from the supermarket..

Inspiration Roll is my favorite place to go to when I feel like having something like Sushi or Ramen. You can create your own bowls, burritos etc. It’s a great option for me as I’m very picky when it comes down to sushi and I don’t like all the fish options.

Have been many times and have brought several people – food is always top notch and anyone I’ve brought has always been impressed. Appetizers and ramen are always as good as you can hope for, service has never been an issue and food usually comes out pretty fast. Not sure what more one could want.

Used to love this place and my gripe isn’t with the quality of the food, it’s absolutely delicious.

They currently don’t have dine-in, but they do have outdoor seating. The ramen came out to around 18$ with extra meat which is on the pricier range. The broth was well seasoned but was a little lacking with body, I’d give it a 8/10. The pork was similar, very good flavor just not super tender so I’d give that a 9/10. The noodles were the star of the show, 10/10. The fries were underwhelming, wouldn’t get again.

My wife and I ate here since we saw good ramen reviews. I had the spicy tonkotsu and my wife had the regular tonkotsu. I’d say her’s was better so I’d try that the next time. The meat was very tender and the broth was good (could be saltier and richer but it was good).

I cannot bring myself to eat somewhere that spells it poké. There is no accent! Happily when I saw this place served ramen (daughter’s request) and poke bowls, I knew we were set. I also liked that they have a child’s ramen that was smaller and without the more exotic add-ons that she doesn’t eat. The kim-chee friends and spicy miso ramen was good too. I wish we lived close enough to eat here again!

Absolutely delicious ramen! This is by far my favorite ramen in town. They have everything from rolls to ramen to rice bowls. I especially love their spicy tonkotsu- their broths have so much flavor in them! Great service and friendly staff. There is outdoor seating, but it depends on the time of year as they don’t put out tables in the winter. Would highly reccomend as a quick and delicious lunch stop!

I really wanted ramen so I seached for some ramen spots and came across this place. They had an order online option so I ordered the vegetable ramen with no egg. I drove about 17 minutes to the spot and there was plenty of street parking available. I walked in and wasn’t greeted or spoken to. I told the lady that was fixing something that I was picking up food and she pointed to the table. There was a sign for uber eats and pick ups on the table where they had my food. They also had utensils and condiments. The price was about $12. When I got home and dug in I would say it tasted ok, but there were a lot of different vegetables in the ramen. Not the greatest ramen I have had.
