The food was so good! I was inspired to visit today because of Louisville Burger Week. I had the Inkredible Burger combo with fries and a Big Red. Service was quick and courteous. The fries had a grippo-style seasoning and perfectly crispy. The burger was messy in a good way and very flavorful.

this is my 3rd time visiting this place. 1st time I had the Incredible burger, fries, and an Oreo shake it was one of the best burgers, fries, and shake I’ve has since moving to Louisville. I luv that their food is seasoned and their fries are prolly the best in the country. 2nd time I had the plant based burger and I couldnt tell that I wasn’t eating a meat burger. it was the best plant based burger Ive ever had. I went yesterday and got the fire fish sandwich added lettuce and pickle. that fish sandwich was darn good. in my honest opinion, and I’m a foodie, I think this is the best Hamburger and shake joint in Louisville. Definitely a hidden gem. Their customer service reminds me of Chick-fil-A.

I ordered the Classic Cheeseburger with a side of fries and a chocolate shake through the drive-thru. The burger had a nice mild kick (not too spicy), the dressings were fresh, and the bun stayed intact. The seasoned crinkle-cut fries were thick and tasty. The chocolate shake had great flavor and decent texture. It was a bigger meal than I could eat! Both the server who took my order and payment and the server who gave me my order were personable and warm. Really good experience.

Personally I feel like the prices is too high ! And then the fact that there aren’t combo meal options. you have to pay 3.99 to make it a combo for you to get barley a small fry and they chicken sandwich don’t come with nothing but a pickle all the dressings cost and the chicken isn’t fresh it’s frozen

Food is good, especially the fries. Don’t know what seasoning they put on them, but they are cooked good and seasoned well. I have been here a few times. Happy to see they’re open fully. Food is made to order so there will be a slight wait.
