Food is just fantastic. We have been here twice and this is now our go to Indian restaurant. I love a good Tandoori chicken and it is the best I have had (see pictures). It is seasoned to perfection, authentic and juicy. The garlic Naan bread is fresh and light and crispy. Just perfect. My wife had the curried chicken and it too was wonderful. There is a surprisingly good selection of bottled craft beers as well as Indian beer selections at very reasonable prices. Service is excellent. The atmosphere is modest and family oriented but we are coming here for the excellent food. There is nice Indian music and we enjoy SpongeBob on the TV – :o)

I have been to several Indian restaurants and this one has to be one of the best ones. I have been 2 times in a month because of how great it is. We ordered the meal for 2. And it did not disappoint. They first bring out pakora and sauces. Then the rice, and dishes come. My all time favorite was the tandoori chicken. It was so creamy and tasty that I was raving about it to the whole family. Highly recommend it.

#1 Desi restaurant in Colorado ❤️ we got chicken biryani and egg curry. Both were unbelievably delicious. We thought spicy level 3 would be mild but it was super spicy so spicy that we couldn’t eat much. So if you want mild spicy, ask for level 1.

This took me back! The food was incredible and had a perfect medium plus spice! I have worked at several Indian restaurants and these cooks have the secret recipe! If you like Indian food I highly recommend this wonderful place. The Korma was nutty and creamy and the cheese was firm and had a crisp to the edges. The naan was amazing as well. I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful atmosphere warm and inviting. Owners are very hospitable and were happy to guide us through the menu. Flavors are out of this world. They have a 1 – 5 scale for hotness. I got 4 and it gave me a pretty good sweat. Can’t wait to try 5 next time so I can truly suffer through my curry as God intended. Support independent business and give them a try!

Best salad I’ve ever had, not kidding! Freshly chopped ingredients, almost seemed like it had been tossed in some lovely light seasoned vinegar-ish (?) type thing, I didn’t even need dressing (though the accompanying one was light and delicious). The tikka chicken on top was wonderful. The roti was fresh and tasty. Great service, wonderful ambience/atmosphere. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

It was my birthday, and the family of 5 trusted me to pick the place. I decided to do something we’d never done before, and we were extremely pleased with the food and service. The alcoholic beverages were great. They went “above and beyond,” as we were given liquers to toast my birthday; we were given rice pudding, and we were given a slice of cheesecake, along with birthday music! The waitress was helpful and polite, and the manager came to our table to wish me a happy birthday. The experience made me so happy! Highly recommended, and we will return!

First time at India’s Castle after hearing good things and from the good reviews on here. Overall food was pretty good. Really enjoyed the lamb jalfrezi and aloo gobi. Chicken tikka masala and saag paneer were standard, as was the garlic naan. The order came with a GENEROUS amount of rice which was nice. Can tell the owner/manager cares about customers as others have mentioned.

I’m not even joking when I say the staff was incredibly friendly. They were incredibly kind to us and treated us like family, they even gave us rice pudding when we didn’t order any! On top of that the garlic naan we ordered actually had garlicky flavor. The chicken korma was also really rich in flavor and very creamy. Overall if I could I’d give this place a higher rating by far
