17 Jul 2023: solo dinner. My craving for chhola bhatoora took me there again. And the food was disappointing again. Bhatoora were poorly fried, there was oil dripping from inside. Chola taste was below average. Then tried Black Forest pastry, it was not sweet enough. 2 stars this visit. Will not return here. $19.18 was the damage.

Such a disaster experience we had with Manager/owner(Mamatha) and she don’t have patience to talk with the customers. We ordered a cake and it’s not prepared by the time we scheduled and we went back after one hour and they are giving us the same cake which was already there in the rack and when we ask question she come up with rude voice and making unnecessary arguments rather convincing customers. I don’t recommend to choose this place an option for good customer service.

Worst ever experience. Literally wasted $8 on Alu papri chat. It was without potatoes, yogurt and chickpea. We asked them to make another one but again they gave without the potatoes and added lots of sauces and some chickpeas. At least if you don’t have the item just tell us that we don’t have the item available but please don’t play with your customers.

I ordered the grilled vegetable sandwich. They did not tell me upfront there was no bread for the sandwich but took a long time and finally gave a grilled panini sandwich in nann. The nann was only filled with cabbages alfor vegetables and raw onions were given in the side . The chutney on the pita bread sandwich p called grilled vegetable sandwich was so spicy that it burnt my stomach. When we asked them about it , they said that they did not have bread for a month with surprises me . They should as well have advised me to pick an other dish in place of the sandwich .

Such a worst experience. We ordered cake and went for pickup at scheduled time and they said its was not ready and we went back after one hour and they are trying to give the same cake which was ready earlier and when we ask about cake the she(mamatha) starts speaking rudely and saying she will call 911 for no reason. I won’t recommend to visit this place again and she don’t know how to speak.

My experience was amazing good at first, but my second visit ordering the same thing chicken tiki pannin didn’t have the same portion of chicken on it and we ordered two. Seem like a lot of bread and maybe one tender spreaded among all that bread. I also seen an hand written sign that the prices are going up. I guess I may be making my own curry’s

Ordered Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Hakka Noodles from the Indo-Chinese section. Tandoori Chicken was not bad 6.8/10. Cashier said it was 5 pieces but it was 4. Not a big issue but its best to give accurate information. Chicken was sorta tough and did not seem as if it were prepped that day. Was garnished with a lot raw red onions, which I felt was a bit excessive. Don’t get me wrong I love onions but the amount was too overpowering. Was dressed with a cabbage slaw could have added some dressing, but oh well. Lastly, chicken came with a side of mint chutney, which was not really tasty nor fresh. It was soured down and seemed it was also prepped awhile back. Now the noodles, was seasoned generously. However, the texture was soft but could have had some chew to them. The chicken in the noodles could have been better was a bit bland. Overall, the score for the noodle I would give would be 6/10. The price was alright; as the Chicken Tandoori and noodles came out $27. Total scoring of experience 6.4/10. Would I visit again? Probably not. Oh and also no napkins in the restroom plus the dispenser was tilted and appeared inoperable.

Wouldn’t come here again. Food quality isn’t worth the price. Got vada pav and dahi puri. Vada pav was frozen in the middle. When I told the lady, she said, “no.” I was actually had to stick my finger in there to show her that it was still frozen. She said they will make a new plate for us. But we kept hearing the microwave beep. They kept rewarding the same dish. The bread was hard when she delivered it from all the microwaving. Nothing special about dahi puri. No taste, liquid potatoes inside. Never coming back here again.
