Experience with Indian Grill has been awesome so far. Ordered 2 birthday cakes for twins birthday in our family. The design was perfect as suggested and it was packed very carefully so no damage was done on the birthday cakes.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that everything was just perfect. Very very bad experience with the new cake designer or cake manager Sheetal. The way they do business is pathetic, they do not clarify on how they would deliver on cake designs based on the designs they provide and if ask for more clarity then they would try to cancel order few hours before the party. So we have no other option but to go with the order. Really upset with this new manager moreover she was rude while talking over phone. Till last year the guy who managed the cake designs and business was really good. Hope they get that person back to manage the cake business. Atleast he was humble and accomodated customer’s need. In Pics you can see the difference (cake toppers were provided separately but color wise it was a mess) You can see the difference between two cakes. Left was the proposed cake and right is their cake.
