Formerly a Burger King, this Indian restaurant is new to the tri state. It is located near the Loves truck stop off I-90 at Edon Rd. Note, it’s between two toll plazas so no charge to exit/return to the highway. Anyway, the food is excellent and the classic Indian dishes are expertly prepared!

Truly phenomenal food! We absolutely loved our tikka masala, samosas, and naan. Don’t let the exterior fool you, this is truly some of the best food in the area. Super great people and true Indian food. Fantastic!

We called and picked up our food and it was packaged perfectly (it was still warm/hot when we got home 20 min later). We were treated very nicely but what impressed us is how they treated the deaf person in front of us. Absolutely kind and understanding. Definitely tugged at our heartstrings. The food – Butter chicken. Fish Chilli and veggie samosas and veggie pakora were outstanding. A bit pricey but totally worth it. We loved it and will be making the half hour drive again soon.

Stopped on our way to Chicago and the food was freshly cooked and flavorful. Much better than eating the processed fast food that we are so used to when driving on the highway. Location is also very convenient. Just 30 seconds getting off the highway and 30 seconds getting on it again. Exactly at the middle point of Cleveland and Chicago. Excellent service and a lot if variety.

I’ve eaten here and taken food home several times now, and I’m definitely not stopping anytime soon! The food is delicious! The people there are awesome and so nice! The proportions are good! I normally get a meal and split it between dinner and lunch the next day. The food is made fresh to order and it shows in the quality of each dish. The tandoori oven imparts a flavor that can’t be created with just a pan or oven. It’s absolutely worth the stop. I’m very happy to have the Indian Dhaba so close and I can not wait to try everything on the menu!

Getting off the Turnpike and looking for a place to eat, there are not many choices at this exit. Seeing an Indian restaurant out in the middle of nowhere, I had extreme reservations, but I love Indian and went inside. My enthusiasm was lessened even more when I saw all the entrees were dinner portions, traveling I did not want to eat a lot, but beggars can’t be choosers so I ordered the vegetable biryani. I was further turned off when the nice gentleman at the counter said it was a 25 minute wait, traveling, I could not wait that long. He pulled some magic and got me my order in 5 minutes! When I started eating it in the car, I was amazed how good it tasted! All the vegetables were very fresh, the medium spice level was spot on and the sauce it comes with was great! It did have a tad too many onions though. Because a lot of their business is travelers, I would suggest smaller lunch portions. I would also suggest phoning ahead for orders in case they can’t always speed up the delivery. I am looking forward to stopping again on my next visit to Indiana!

Nestled in a long-forgotten chain diner, this place felt like the last rendered building at the edges of a wasteland video game setting. Appropriate, as it is one minute away from the Ohio border. We were 8hrs in on a road trip and ready for dinner. Greeted by friendly and personable staff, I could immediately tell from their attitudes and the atmosphere that this was about to be one of the best Indian meals of my life. I wasn’t wrong. Everything we got was delicious. Please eat here!!
