They care more about their $0.001 plastic plates than their customers.

Very bad service of the front counter lady. We asked her very politely to change the old food because it was not fresh and she showed a lot of attitude and her tone was very arrogant If your going to go there think twice about it . We left without eating our food food and she didn’t even care.

The woman at the counter is so welcoming and accommodating. The kitchen closes at 8 pm but she still prepared out food for takeout. The dahi bara and dahi puri is so yummy and their Jalebi is to die for! Definitely recommended!

Great place for standard Indian fare. Like everywhere else, prices have gone up. The claim to fame of this place is that it is the first Indian restaurant in Southern California. While this may well be true, I would probably question the history. In any case, this is a no frills down to earth, over the counter, Indian restaurant. I highly recommend at least one visit, if you’ve not been there before.

One of the best places to eat in LA. Most authentic and the best service! I have been going here for more than 20 years and the food is amazing!! The paratha’s are mind blowing and the sweets are the best on the west coast. Kala jamun is to die for! Would recommend to anyone who is focused on food and to anyone who loves the Indian food taste!

This was our first time here. We were in the area and I was craving some comfort food. I sure came to the right place! Absolutely delicious and authentic food! Made from scratch. The manager took amazingly time explaining and deciding what to eat from their specials, and offered us delightful desserts!! The place it’s simple but spotless clean! The food A+ pretty much the most authentic Indian food and sweets eatery you’ll find here in LA

This is a fairly good and very affordable Indian vegetarian small resturant. Their service is not bad and you can always call and order and pick up later. They have tasty food and great Indian tea. Their rasmalayi is great among all other sweets they have. I think they deserve four out of five stars for what they are and how they do their services.

Worst customer service. There food has a pathetic smell. Not eatable. It’s stale food. Not following covid precautions. Touching food without gloves. Don’t wanna help you if you don’t want there stale food. Don’t ever go there. They are an insult to Indian food. It’s cheap food so cheap quality.
