Nice atmosphere created inside with pictures and murals. Food was good with a choice between different levels of spicy. However even the hottest spicy was not as hot as we had hoped for. Drink were good. Appetizers we had Samosa which were very good. Parking nearby in garages and neighborhoods.

I’m not sure if it’s because we went closer to closing time, but I was severely underwhelmed by the meal. I ordered the spicy lamb biryani, and it’s was extremely mild. My boyfriend, who’s sensitive to spicy food, tried it and was shocked as well. Garlic Naan was hot but lacked flavor. Everything seemed to lack salt, like it was nearly there, but not really. The only good thing was the rice. It was consistent. The vibe for the place was interesting, had paintings of Drake and Kobe Bryant on the walls which was a bit funny. I’ll give the place another try before I decide if I want to return a third time, but overall it was “eh.”

Great ambience and service! The large portraits of Drake and others in Indian outfits are striking. They were out of Kingfisher beer so we settled for Taj Mahal, the only other Indian beer. Enjoyed the paneer tikka (though adding that much red food coloring was unnecessary) with garlic naan and vegetable biryani, good portion sizes and a fun experience altogether. It would serve to upscale the menu to a more authentic Punjabi style menu with makai roti and sarson ka saag or chole bature etc. would give this a more classic experience.

I would give 4.5 stars if I could. The food felt freshly made. Service was quick and the ambience was good. It was fun to see Drake’s photo in Indian attire. The only gripe is that the salt was very less and it was noted in a previous review as well.

Great food. Very authentic Punjabi cuisine. Papad, fish pakoda, aloo paratha, yellow daal, Poori, and mango lassi reminded me of home. I would avoid gobbi 65, too much flour on it. Paneer butter masala was soft and creamy. Public parking garage right in front. Not busy on a Sunday night.
