As usual the restaurant was super busy but our food was what we’ve come to expect…excellent! Seating area was really full but the bathrooms were clean. Eating inside was a delight. There was a couple sitting next to my family and I and we struck up light conversations that made the experience all that much better. It’s nice to meet nice people these days!

Nice convenient location. The workers were nice but their customer service was a bit over exaggerated. But not bad. Unfortunately the burgers didn’t have that signature flavor. The lettuce was stacked too much, there was very minimal mayo and ketchup. It just didn’t have that kick they’re known for. Took me a while to try them out but. I can easily skip over it. Hopefully it was just an off day.

I dined in. It was very clean and the staff were kind and professional. I ordered a number 2. Everything was great, except the bun was almost burned inside which made it seem very dry, and the fries were extra salty. I still ate it all because I was so hungry. It didn’t really taste like In n Out because of these things. Other than a couple of tweaks with the food preparation, the restaurant is clean, well designed, spacious, and welcoming. Would recommend.

We went to the new In-N-Out on EG Blvd. last weekend around 11am on a rainy day and had the best experience! My twins were offered Free Hot Cocoa, which was absolutely delicious! Our food came out quickly, accurately, and was yummy. The manger (?) Glenn even brought it to our table and checked on us about halfway through our meal. I was really impressed with how well run this location is! In addition to being spotless, all of the employees were very friendly and seemed to genuinely want to be at work. Kudos to this In-N-Out, they aren’t all this awesome!

I’ve used the drive thru at In-n-Out for 48 years. The worst was the year before the opening of the Elk Grove, Ca. Elk Grove Blvd. location. I thought the reduction in quality was due to training of new staff at the surrounding locations and I must have been correct because since the new store opened, service and quality of food has been better than ever.
