I ordered a Db1-Db1 with no spread no lettuce and no tomato. And I ended up getting everything I didn’t want on my burger. The cashier name was LUISA HE . At 2023-08-18. 10:55pm. In Rohnert Park california.This is the 2nd time In-N-Out has let me down. The first time was when the spread packets had holes on the top of packet and it was not good anymore. Like if u drank milk that was left out.

I really want to like in and out. Burgers are great and so are the shakes but the fries are abysmal! Always cold and chewy five minutes after getting my food! It’s so sad could round out a great meal! This location had very nice attentive staff! I will come back for more burgers.

I was greeted in a friendly manner. I ordered a cheeseburger. She asked if I wanted onions, I asked for grilled onions. I settled into a booth. My order was ready within a few minutes. The burger was just perfect. I like that the bun is grilled and has a crisp edge. It had two slices of tomato, lettuce, the cheese, the beef patty and a light amount of sauce. I didn’t add any condiments. It’s just delicious as is!
