Clean and friendly staff here. Always happy to get traditional American burger here. I love they provide the fresh lemon slices to pick. I always use the lemon with my tea. Freshly cut potato fries also yummy as well. I had protein style burger during low carb diet time.

drive thru line and parking were crazy after work on a friday! food quality still good and was definitely faster to have someone go inside and order. animal style fries and burger are the special thing to try and this did make it more unique than a regular burger, i think without the sauce it would be pretty standard fast food

First time here because we don’t have one of these in Arkansas and I always see things about this place on the Internet. My daughter lives in SF so she’s taking me to all the hip ( is that still a cool word?) places in her town. Burgers did not disappoint and lived up to all the hype. Daughter, being a seasoned and knowledgeable San Franciscoan ( new word, who dis) ordered my burger *animal style*. The sounds I made while consuming the burger are probably why it was named that way.

Food taste good , the person doing th French fries got a heavy hand on the salt on my portion . Hamburger patty did not fill the bun . It is OK to increase the price but please do not shrink the hamburger patty

I love me a good In and Out burger and this particular restaurant did not disappoint. The parking lot was packed but I still found parking. The burger and fries were fresh and the milkshake was delightful. The staff were also pleasant and the facility was kept well maintained. If you’re in the area, this In and Out hits on all cylinders and I highly recommend.

Great food. Very busy location during peak hours. Only costs $1.15 to add an extra patty, which I highly recommend!

Nothing better than a reliable double-double with animal style fries.

The location on Gellert is usually less crowded than the one by the DMV.

Always happy when a great American burger chain employees, local youth, and holds true to a winning formula. I showed up during a training shift, and the energetic young people working there were really on top of everything! And this was while they were learning how to do it. Pretty sharp. Burgers came out like clockwork, like the In-N-Out burgers. I always remember, and the fries were perfect as usual, I’m not sure how in and out does it, but, they managed to put out stuff with the regularity of McDonald’s, but with far better quality. I wish there was one in the East Bay close to where I live! Well done In-N-out staff and managers!
