Still one of the best burger places in the west coast. It’s no wonder people go here when they visit California. Very simple menu, but that’s because they don’t need anything else. Just burgers and fries. Although, the last time I went, my fries were extremely cold. I thought they used to wash, cut and fry potatoes for every order of fries. Maybe they premake fries now. You could probably order fries well done to avoid that as they have to be fried longer than a regular order.

Burger was a bit too dry… I need to ask for extra spread. I think it would have been good then. But after 3 bites I just had to throw it away. It looked like maybe a tablespoon of spread was on it and that just is not enough.

Had trouble redeeming my gift card but she got the hang of it. Over all experience was really good. Doors were open 30 mins before the actual time and food was super hot!! Less than five mins to get my food. And the coke had syrup 🙂

The Nicest Crew! I did not realize I had arrived at 9am before 9:30a when they actually opened. I pulled on the door it was locked. I turned around to walk away and the nicest member opened the door and told me to come in. I was shocked and ecstatic. It was clean, no one was upset about serving early, it was great. Since I live I South Carolina, it has been 4 years since I have eaten here! Boy do I miss these delicious hamburgers and fries. This location was really busy! Even on a weekday evening. Dining in can be tricky but by the time your food is ready, a table should be available. We all left happy and full!

AWFUL and not “typical” of IN and OUT. Something has changed drastically. My burger was sopping wet, fries were not only cold but very old, our drink lids were not secured so I ended up wearing those while they were in a drink holder. It’s bad enough In and Out has reverted to wafer thin meat patties with a salad crammed in between two buns but to have an entire half of the buns be literally wet, like they had been laid in water was just gross. I had not been there in years and I won’t be again.
