This in-n-out isn’t your typical location.

We had a way better experience here than when we had In-N-Out in Vegas. The burgers were really juicy and flavorful and the animal style added extra flavor and depth to a great burger. The animal style fries were also really good, but would have liked to have the fries a little crispier, but the melted cheese, grilled onions, mustard and ketchup really elevated the flavors of the fries.

Very understaffed and took a long time but the taste is reliable and I love that they give out hats. The smoothies are SO THICCCCC I highly recommend the strawberry one, it taste exactly like the strawberry ice cream in a Neapolitan icecream tub but a lot creamier.

I stopped by In n Out for a quick lunch. The drive-through queue was shorter than most in-and-outs and an improvement over its previous configuration, which left you waiting to be rear-ended on Bristol. The queue was shorter than most, and when I got to the window, the cashier had already left and had been replaced. Unfortunately, my new cashier was unable to access the register. I offered to give her exact change, but she refused. After about 5 minutes, she took my money and handed me a cold-to-the-touch cheeseburger. I informed her that the burger was cold. She returned it and had another made. I’m not sure how this will be handled in n

We stopped here for lunch because we were in the area. We been to other In-n-Out spots and for the most part we’ve had a good experience. In this spot we had a huge issue when ordering our food. The girl at the window got our order wrong 2xs. When I questioned our ordered the girl at the window was belligerent and blamed me ‍♀️ The manager had to come in and take our order again. The whole experience was unpleasant. The facility it self was clean and everyone else was friendly. The parking is small and there is no indoor seating.

Vanessa at the window realized our order was wrong before giving it to us and apologized for the mistake. I can really appreciate someone’s honesty and owning up to it even though she wasn’t the one who prepared it. It was a quick fix and food was great as always. 10/10 recommend this In-n-out!!

This place was the best and now has become the worst. There is always a ridiculous line that moves nowhere and can’t really turnaround for those of us that regret go in. By the time you get your food is cold and soggy with really bad taste. What’s the point of opening late if it has become a point of loitering late at night.

Made a visit to enjoy In n Out for a quick lunch. The drive thru line was shorter than most in n outs and an improvement from its original set up when you were left waiting to get rear ended on Bristol. The line was shorter than most and when I reached the window the cashier left and was replaced. Unfortunately my new cashier couldn’t log in to the register. I offered to give exact change but she would have it. After about 5 minutes she took my money and proceeded to give me a cold meat to the touch cheeseburger. I told her the burger was cold. She took it back and had another made. Not sure about the management of this in n out. Never received a cold burger and I have eaten at many in n outs over many years. The worker never apologized for the delay. But the burger received was the freshest ever and I was hungry and late. I’ll avoid this In N Out unless I’m not in a rush.

Great service and food as always, I ordered 10 double doubles with everything on the side so I could take to my wife back home in Illinois. No dine in here, so I couldn’t feel the atmosphere.
