So much less busy than the San Diego location we usually go to and what a difference some space makes! Great food, friendly staff keeping everything very clean! Highly recommend!

I gave it a three because, first off, as my first time at this location, it wasn’t a good experience. The employees were very friendly and kind. however, the guy who took my order either messed up, or the guy who charged me did. They gave me someone else receipt for their order. I didn’t even realize. When I picked up uo my food, they gave me a double double with animal style in it, which I don’t like. They said the order was messed up and to keep the money since I was charged way less. I told the woman I’ll return the money for the proper change, but she said it was easier for them; and they gave me his order still, and that’s not what I wanted. I don’t eat animal style. The woman literally insisted. I know it’s Super busy there and she just wanted to get me out of there, But giving me more money back at the circumstance that I have to keep something I didn’t want to eat was not what I wanted. I wanted my order, and to pay what I owed. I didn’t like this because I didn’t get to choose to get what I ordered. Won’t return to that location.

By far, the best In-N-Out!!!! …had In-N-Out when I was a kid in the 80’s So, I have tried many of them. This location is best, and by a bit. The reason, the burgers are a bit bigger, in the sense, that the toppings are not scarce. But the biggest reason why best In-N-Out, it’s due to the young employees! Whoever is running this location and hired this crew, I’m impressed. Exceptional fast food experience that will not be forgotten, but one to compare to as the ideal of what it means to provide a service!

As my family of 6 passed thru Temecula, we had an incredible first experience at the location. At the end of our lunch, Stacey noticed that we were newbies and gave us great information for our return. She was kind enough to share stickers, coloring kits and even provided our girls with free milkshakes. The topper was when she kindly took pictures of us outside as a memorabilia. It was an absolute joy to visit this location and have an outstanding corporate citizen help us. We look forward to returning on our next visit.

I stopped by in-and-out Burger yesterday for pup patties. This is the hamburger patties without salt. They prepare for your dogs and I took the 2 new puppies. You have never been in-and-out Burger before and they had their lunch. There very fun but the 8 is so fast I didn’t I have time to film it.

This location has has my full support! My family and I have never been disrespect nor treated wrongfully. The employees are well trained, respectful, courteous and customer oriented. In a nutshell, I feel welcome and “at home” when dining at this location. Please, continue to provide an excellent service and atmosphere so that all customers enjoy what I did.

We’re from the Midwest so everytime we visit California In-N-Out is a must! Cameron D was our cashier, he was enthusiastic and quick, got everything the first time! Food was great as always, got the #2 and #1! The restaurant and restrooms were very clean, Harley was sweeping up every crumb as it dropped! Great experience courtesy of the wonderful staff!

Everything was great…unfortunately we were there at lunch-hour and we were an ordering group of eight which made the total fulfillment of the order about 12-15 minutes…not really bad for the,amount of other customers.

I love in-n-out. I use to work for in-n-out so I know their standards. I asked for a fry light well and well done. I did not get ether. They asked if I wanted another fry. And I said no because don’t want to over eat. Seriously made me so sad and mad. Do better!!!
