Came through after some softball nearby and it was busy as usual. The employees are great though – they saw my daughter was in a uniform so they asked how she did. We chatted for a short time and the outside order taker was great. He went to a local high school and was nice, funny and polite.

For a fast food burger, this was one of the best I’ve had. The fries were good, particularly the animal-style. The staff (particularly Louis) was friendly and professional. The only negative thing I noticed was that some of the tables needed a wipe down, especially considering they’d only been open for 20 minutes when we arrived. I’d definitely go back.

I came for lunch on Jan. 26th. I ordered a Cheeseburger with Whole Grilled Only and Fries and served myself Dr. Pepper. I got my Ketchup, Pre Sliced Chilies and one packet of Secret Sauce to enjoy with my fries. Fun Fact, I love to eat at this location once in awhile because this was my second job back in my college years. I worked more than 5 months here before I transferred to the In-N-Out in Lake Elsinore and then I transferred to work at the In-N-Out in West Valley, Utah. I did see some of my former peers still working there. Thank you to the service and quality I got and also the opportunity I got back in the day to work at this location and the other two.

I come to this in and out often. The service and food have always been spectacular. I have never had a compliant until now. This morning I was their second customer of the day and I had to wait as if they were crowded. A little over 15 mins in the drive thru with no one in front of me. But that isn’t the main issue. I ordered a Double Double animal style with animal fries. Once I got back to the office and started eating it. I noticed it was a little more chewy then normal. I looked at it and both patties were complete raw on the inside. This has never happened to me before with all the years I’ve been going there. I am highly disappointed and might go ahead and take a break from them for awhile.

Hubby & I had a busy day. I did not feel like cooking. We were pleased to see we found the line shorter today(rare occurrence at any in &out) and rolled in,placed our order and got our food within minutes. From the order taker to the the cashier, to the handler passing us our order we saw excellence, professionalism and cleanliness(this is huge). We were not disappointed. Since this is on our regular route we will definitely be back. Thank you for making our meal a great one. Sorry no photos this time. The Hunger hit! A girl’s gotta eat!

Stopped by last night and got the WORST in n out food I’ve ever received. Never once have I gotten fries so old cold and hard. The burgers were very mid. The milk shake wasnt even good. Im only half a mile away at a hotel so the drive to my room wasnt far for this food to be like this man. Highly highly disappointed in this having waited 30 minutes just to get my food. Ugh.
