yes it’s simply a fast food burger, but it is quite tasty. definitely should have ordered the double. the fries are yummy and the vanilla shake is delicious

Burnt city,idk if it was because we were in the desert,but all our 5 burgers were extra burnt…kidd u not,I even took my bun to front counter and banged the counter with it…I wanted to show them I wasn’t tryna to just get free food…So they did replace our burgers but not our fries, which they should have in my opinion,since by the time we got our new burnt burgers,the fries were hard n cold.once again our burgers were burnt,but just not as much…extra long waits on all orders

First time at In-n-Out. Elisa was very helpful at the till explaining possible toppings on your burgers and fries. A gentleman delivered my choices to my table and brought me requested ketchup for my fries. Later, Elisa checked in with me at my table to see if I was satisfied. The burger was delicious but the service and attention was incredible which was a very nice surprise for a fast food restaurant.

You wanta burger? This is where you can buy, 1-,hamburger 2-cheeseburger 3-double double…just so u know. They are fresh, real burger mouth feel. Super burger taste, wrapped in paper and standing on end in the tray. I am telling u: YUM. Shakes not worth repeating. Well priced also.

While it was quite busy when I visited the staff were working very hard to keep orders flowing at a very good pace. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be there to work. I’m not from the area, and this was a very pleasant treat as people are not quite like this where I’m from. The food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. I will definitely tell everyone back home about the great experience I had and recommend a visit to anyone I know is going to visit Palm desert.

I try to eat well. But once in a while, I indulge in a double cheese burger. With grilled and raw onions. And the fries are not greasy. The place is always busy. But the service is quick. Personally, I rate this burger #10. The best!

Today I ordered a 3×3 and it was very lacking. I order it often and it was very small. It usually is spilling out of the lettuce wrap. I told the employee and she insisted it was a 3×3. Please get it together, I don’t want in n out to start lacking in quality and quantity.

Located in a busy shopping center there is not a great drive thru line, but rather it weaves through the parking lot at times making it difficult with patrons coming and leaving.
