Could not believe how many people were there, compared to how fast we got our food!!! Strong work, everyone. Last In & Out I went to with that size crowd we waited 3 times longer than we did at your store. I hope that all of the kids working that night end up running our country. Slowest in n out I’ve ever been to. Took 1 hour to get my order through the drive thru. I came here the first day they opened & they had like 5 workers working the drive through & the lines were moving fast but this time they only had one worker & it literally took one hour to get my order. Extremely slow. I went on a Tuesday night.

This is our first time ordering from this particular In-N-Out. Unfortunately these guys dropped the ball on our order. They got our order wrong and also the lettuce was wilted and the cheese on was not fully melted/cooked. We went through the drive through, didn’t feel like driving back. Our go to is the National City place and others too.. but normally In-N-Out gets it right and consistent no matter where you go. Maybe just a fluke but its disappointing none the less.
