I love IN & OUT but this time, wasn’t good visit. As you can see on video, on floor lot of napkins. Floor was sticky like for really long time nobody clean it. What a mess. For was ok, needed to ask for another fries, they gave me cold ones. So as you can read, that visit wasn’t good at all. So disappointed, please do it all better next time.

I love their burgers, the fries not so much. Maybe because they are floppy instead of crispy, I think I just prefer crispy crinkle fries. Their burgers will always be one of the best you will ever eat and I have never experienced bad service even when they are super busy. I love to eat inside because I love the 50s diner vibe and it is always nice and clean.

Great Experience! Staff was very welcoming, nice, and helpful. I recently went to In & Out at night to order and when I got to the window I realized I left my card at home so I informed the cashier and let her know that I will be back and instead out of the kindness of her heart she decided to pay for my order! It was definitely a blessing and is appreciated beyond words! I believe her name was Delaney and she deserves to be recognized! 10/10

Everyday that we were in Cali my husband just wanted to eat In-N-Out so we did 3 out of the 4 days that we were there! Expect long lines all day everyday, but hey that’s how you know it’s good right?! It a no fuss menu and the pink lemonade is a must! Fries you have to order animal style, get wild!! No need for a long review here, just it out for yourself and see how many times you go back!!

Came to dine in when it wasn’t busy around 11. They messed up my burger once. We waited a while to get another by the time my girlfriend was done eating o got my new burger that was made WRONG AGAIN. After remaking a second time they gave me the burger I put in the picture. It looks disgusting. I don’t know if they have bad management, short staffed, or new cooks but this was an AWFUL experience. I’ve never had such a bad experience. Only one worker really was courteous and sincere about the situation as the rest didn’t care much. I’m extremely disappointed. Also to add on top of that they made our fries well done like chips instead of light well.

Just don’t order a shake I ordered one today and it was literally water … it’s ok to have sodas ready before hand but not shakes they melt soo disappointing was too tired to drive back for another one would waste more in gas than what it’s worth …
