Second time at this location (12/14 @6pm), and things haven’t changed. Ordered the #1 double double. The fries were hard and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. The burger was flavorful but was heavily salted. Many of the tables in the dining area were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. I walked by three tables before finding one that was relatively clean. However, I still had to use a napkin to wipe down the table. A customers dining experience is much more than just the food, It’s the overall dining experience. Eating in an environment which is clean and well-kept makes for a much more enjoyable meal. This location fell well short. In my opinion this falls solely on the shoulders of management.

Ordered dbl dbl, w/grilled onion & fries, + cup of water. The water was great! Watched my burger sit getting cold for 10 min., while new trainee was being told the “how to”. Burger was stone cold, & fries burnt…Was late, couldn’t wait another 20 min., but on fairness, has always been good before. (See a new trainee, skip the fries!)

In N Out always has great food and they are known for the amazing service. I would say this is the only In N Out I’ve been to where the service is not to the expected standard that In N Out has set. The workers do not always have a great attitude. And this is also the only In N Out I’ve been to where they have messed up my order. This has happened a few times now, as I live just down the street I do frequent the place. I’m not one to complain, I really don’t mind too much. We are all human. But it was surprising to see that at an In N Out. I’ve never had that experience at other In N Out locations. Overall good food though, and good service. Despite the occasional “okay” customer service and order messups, In N Out is still the best.

Nothing like getting home to the Worst burger I’ve ever had at an in n out. I frequent this location and I’m just so dissatisfied with the quality. I’m wondering if they were training today. This is ridiculous! The patty was the smallest ever and the lettuce was not green and basically non existent.

A normal In-n-out, however a little short on seating when it gets busy. My only gripe is the last couple of times I was there they didn’t play any music so it was just quiet which detracts from the fun In-n-out atmosphere.
