From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Its In & Out, i only come here every now and then because its always so full of customers that i just dont feel like waiting a long time to get my food. However the food taste great and if it wasn’t for the drive thru traffic, i would come here often. 5 stars to these guys.

I don’t know why California In-n-Out tastes better than Oregon In-n-Out but it just does and without the two hour line. It was perfect and exactly as it should be.

Very tasty! We had the double-double animal style with the fries and chocolate shakes and it was sooooooo good! I haven’t had In-N-Out in over 8 years so I was super pleased! It brought back so many memories! The staff were very friendly too. I had a very nice experience and hope to return during my next excursion to Los Angeles.

By far the best bang for your buck and tasty fast food burger chain out there! Cheap, fresh and delicious. Everywhere in the area, a must try if you’re visiting. You can’t go wrong with the menu (except animal style fries get soggy very quickly and I don’t think is the best way to try their fries). Some tables inside and out. Don’t be intimidated by the drive through line it’s always long and always well managed. If you want to look silly and have fun apparently you can ask for hats and they’ll give it to you. Enjoy!

Cashiers don’t know customer service . Not very happy to be there but happy to talk to coworkers with a smile . I’ve been in retail for 25 years and I know customer service. You’re supposed to greet the customer when they come to the register with a smile How can I help you? I didn’t get no smile. I ask questions she was looking away looking at other things answering but not looking at me . I’m. Not Behind You? I’m your customer so can you address me? The same with the person that handed me the food I gave them a compliment about how fast the potato guy is , still nothing not even a thank you just looked at me and walked away . The people here are young and have no customer service skills/training and no managers to see . Won’t be going back again.

They have old-time friendly service. They are always very courteous and greet you with a genuine smile. Their burgers and fries are so delicious, I wish I was bigger so I could eat more. God bless them all.

Lines are long, but the employees and food are great, as always. Pass the time in line by looking up the reviews for the buffet place next door…you’ll laugh, cry, and just feel like the world is a perfect place for one shining moment.

Back in the day, this was the spot!! Came came to LA to try again and the fries just didn’t hit like they did in the past. Burger was good but you need to be in the mood for in-out these days. So much burger competition now.
