This fast food joint is pretty overhyped, in my opinion. We stopped here since we don’t have any in Iowa, based on recommendations from friends. The line was short to order food. The menu is small and not everything is listed. My cousin wanted to order “animal fries” (fries with onions, cheese, and dressing), but it wasn’t on the menu board above the pay stations. It’s more like a secret menu thing? The line to wait for food took only about 10-15 min. The restaurant was PACKED. You could barely walk around inside. We had to wait for a table to sit at during our visit. The burgers were good, fries were decent, and the milkshakes were average. While the staff have the massive crowds down to a science with great customer service, we probably won’t be back.

Love coming to in and out when in town. Cheap delicious food always cooked well and fresh. Just know that more than likely there will be a long wait and few tables open, but it goes fast. Fries are hot and miss this last time the texture was off for us. The in and out sauce is good but not a fan for everyone. No variety if someone in your party doesn’t like burgers not the place for you.

A little bit of a wait, I think drive through is a bit faster, however as usual the standard that In-N-Out has set is equally matched with its standard of quality. This makes for a consistent and delicious meal each time.

Very tasty burgers, probably the best in Los Angeles. Always fresh ingredients and surprisingly low prices. That’s why it’s always crowded and there are long lines. In spite of that, it’s very clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast. I want to come back here again and again. I recommend this place to everyone!

I walked to In-N-Out from Ovation Hollywood while my family was checking out the Walk of Fame. I went during peak lunch time and arrived just after a large teenage French-speaking tour group. The line was out the door but moved very quickly. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and vanilla shake. I had to wait for about 20-25 orders to be filled before me, but the kitchen works fast. I ate outside at a table under an umbrella, my preferred place to eat at In-N-Out (LA weather is beautiful). The food was delicious.

You can’t really go wrong with In-N-Out… make sure to get the burgers ‘Animal Style’ for extra flavor and full effect! You can also exchange the traditional bun for a lettuce wrap instead if you’d prefer. I’d skip the fries as they’re nothing to write home about. Make sure you give yourself time – the wait here is excruciating. Otherwise, a must visit while in La La land.

There was a long line but definitely worth the wait. My first time in Hollywood and everyone recommended In-N-Out Burger. It was just as good as the reviews. My first batch of fries were overcooked but staff had no issue replacing them. The burger and vegetables were fresh and the Animal Style fries were delicious. I will be back!

It was just a burger. Great toppings on the burger though.

I’ve heard about this fast food dive for a long time, so getting to try it was a nice treat, though, in a busy area. Opt to dine in, take out, or eat in your car. Depends on how much of a mess you think you’ll make.
