I ordered 35$ worth of fried wings and french fry platters and they sent me 3 ketchup packets. When I called and asked for more the lady told me it was 15 cent per pack for extra ketchup. The ketchup packets were clearly labeled for McDonald’s Company SMH. So they are stealing ketchup from other restaurants and selling it at their own. I will never order from them again!

The lady is very nasty everybody have bad days but I order shrimp and broccoli with a order a chicken wing I asked the lady to fry it hard she says yes then I proceed to pay the total came up to 20.15 and I’m wondering y it’s that much that’s cuz she added French fries which I never ask for French fries and was mad that I wanted my money back it’s not fair to me because I didn’t need French fries but she charged me anyway don’t go here I highly don’t recommend if you don’t pay attention they will over charge you

They take their time cooking your food. Very clean. When I usually got to places to order general tso’s it’s always wet and gooey. Here it’s crunchy and actually cooked, fresh chicken. Their kitchen is also very clean you can see it. Very good customer service as well. When I feel like eating “the better” tasting chinese, this is where I go.

This was the most bland Chinese food I’ve ever tasted in my life. Shrimp lo mein, pork fried rice, and the egg roll were all disgusting . I would not feed it to my dog. The chicken teriyaki takes 2 stars for a lick of flavor. Avoid Imperial House at all cost. Complete waste of money.
