Zabiha Halal fried chicken at its best. Friendly brother Hasan also confirmed that only halal food served here. Spicy chicken sandwiches, KFC style fried chickens with spicy levels, fries etc. Clean and cool place to enjoy your chicken cravings.

I was around the area for work purpose and I decided to look up halal options for lunch. I stumbled across this place on google and decided to give it a try. The location is right across Sam Houston tollway so I wasn’t as sketched out as I would have been if it was further into the area. I was pleased to find a sign on the door which read, “Zabihah halal chicken.” I ordered a box of chicken, 2 chicken sandwiches and the loaded fries (fries with coleslaw, pickles, and chicken tenders on top). Everything was absolutely delicious. The burgers became a little hardened after they cooled down but the spicy fried chicken was 10/10. The location was fairly clean, with not many people inside.

Originally would go to the churches in the area, but saw it was replaced by Imperial Hot Chicken, so I decided to give this place a shot. I must say the chicken was extremely tender and juicy as well as the individual pieces of chicken were much bigger than I expected. The overall taste and flavoring was amazing; the spice rub they add to the chicken gave it a spicy heat I was not expecting from fried chicken. This same heat came with the fries as well, all though crinkle cut they added seasoning to them making them have a kick to it. The spice could be overbearing for some, but for those who enjoys the heat, this chicken is just right for you. Overall enjoyed the food and will most definitely be coming back for more.

I intended to go to Popeye’s, but saw Imperial Hot Chicken. It’s new to this area & I decided to try it. I saw that the menu posted was mostly touting dark meat. I inquired and they will sell white meat, but I had to ask to get it. I will say that it’s tasty and I don’t feel like I missed out on getting Popeye’s instead. The place is clean and the cashier was friendly. The staff speak English & Spanish fluently. I will definitely go here again.
