Huge fan of Bucan next door but to be 100% honest, the sushi at Imoto is mediocre at best. Would highly suggest the excellent Tuna carpaccio at Swifties or regular Bucan over this any day.

To preface, I’ve had the pleasure of eating sushi in NYC, LA, Tokyo, and various other parts of the world. And I mean, this is the best Sushi I’ve ever had in Florida. There might be some competition in Miami but I’ve yet to enjoy anything as tasty. If anyone has any recommendations for something comparable please message me on IG and let me know @egnatu_ It’s expensive but you get what you pay for.

This is our Favorite restaurant in Palm Beach! We went 2 nights in a row and not only was the food amazing, but also the service! Our waitress Grace was so amazing! She spaced out our food perfectly and so so friendly! We will be coming back many times!

If you’re looking for a “hot place” with an arrogant management & clientele this is the place for you. After a long standing long weekly reservation, we were shoved aside tonight by an aggressive/self entitled customer. What did the management do? NOTHING. Immoto foolishly lost a devoted, long term customer who will choose to find another place after many years. A reservation means very little if anything and the hostess/mangers are inept at best. Lots of attitude and it’s no longer for me.

Great quality sushi, but apparently they are reservation only per the hostess when we called to get a table for the same night. Luckily she was able to accommodate us in a Saturday night. They were busy but definitely had a couple of open tables at all times so not sure why they wouldn’t want walk-ins. We ordered a bunch of nigiri pieces, all between $4-$8 per piece. Uni and salmon were delicious. The table next to us got the pork belly buns and ducks tacos which looked amazing but are super pricey for a small app.

Tonight was great as we went with friends who have swing and our table for 4 was actually waiting for us. We’ve been going since it opened and that’s never happened before. I particularly like the rock shrimp and the tuna slider so that’s what I had. Our server was really a nice young woman. The evening would have been perfect but for the fact that they play loud music and the guests have to raise their voices to be heard. That makes for too much noise and that’s always disturbing for us……then again, we’re 80 years of age and our friends are 10 years older.
