Ordered and paid upfront! Order was canceled and treated very rudely was told they canceled after paying because it was close to closing time and would get a refund possibly in a few days then window was closed in my face he walked off. Claimed to be James a supervisor. Would never go there again. Gave 1 star because had to too leave review. James was a big guy with dreadlocks

Had a frozen pizza and was not impressed, typical frozen pizza crust cardboard, to much sauce, cheese does not melt properly. Dogtown makes a much better pizza.

Terrible experience at the Overland Plaza location! I ordered a couple weeks ago and it took 2 1/2 hours for my order to arrive. The store did give me a credit so I used it today. I called at 10 and placed an order for noon. The order arrived at 12:15 so my lunch break was already halfway over. I took my pizza and when I opened it it was wrong. I tried to call the customer service line but they do not answer it. The message says that if you want faster service to email them. What a crock.

Just placed an order at the Chamber’s and Hall ferry location at 8:25pm 12/23/2016 and received some of the rudest customer service ever. I ordered online and 30 seconds later called to verify my order. Not only was my order wrong but I was told it could not be corrected because it had been made all ready. But still I had a lease a hour for it to be delivered. I love Imos but this is the very last time I will ever spend my money with people who don’t appreciate my business.

I order from the Ferguson location. This is 3 time I’ve attempted to use my rewards points for a free item. Again no free item. What’s strange is that the item will show up on my end of the purchase but not their. What really concerns me is the chane in ingredients. The cheese is not imos cheese and the crust for the first time ever was soggy on day two.

I ordered a pizza from the Sikeston MO franchise on Oct 24, 2020. When I sat down, I could see the cook working on my pizza was sweating and breathing on my pizza. No one in the kitchen was wearing a mask. For that reason I refused my order but was charged 15.03 anyway. The Sikeston store is a shabby mess. I will never buy another pizza from any of your franchises.
