The food was horrible and the customer service even worse… i placed an pick up ordered. When i got there they said my wings would be ready in about 2 minutes. 10 minutes pass then the cashier says another 10 minutes. When my pizza had already been sitting for 10 minutes alone. The customer service was horrible with the lady answering the phone. Uniforms were dirty and so was the woman attitude.. this was my 1st time experiencing with an imos from stl. I live in Illinois. And never again will i go back… and the pizza was nasty on top of the bad experience..

I ordered a pizza and salad. Delivery was earlier then the estimate, but the driver did not have my salad. So he has to go back and get it. The pizza was stuck to the box, not burnt, but stuck to the box !! I’m done with eating here, period. I would rather drive to Pizza Hut, which does not deliver to my address, then to spend another dime with Imos. Their prices are high enough. I expect better for what I paid for this evening.

So Ordered pizza total was 38.46 wouldn’t break a $50.00 so what tip did you expect…she called store to pay by card manager too busy arguing instead of getting money. If she paying cash bill 38 can’t assume too twenties is the only payment…just horrible never seen a business argue about receiving money when there is a misunderstanding! Sad never will go back

Been dealing with them for 10yrs. Great food lousy customer service. I paid 40.91 for my order with gratuity 48.91. Never got my order and when I went up there to find out where my money was. Angela made all excuses except telling me where my money went. First they never had the order to something wrong with my card. Lost my entire family business for this action.

I ordered a pizza and salad was told it would take 45 minutes to one hour for delivery and or sooner than 45 minutes so be on the look out for the driver food came 1hr and 30 minutes later with a COLD PIZZA. Do not go here!! I requested 2 pizzas for delivery and I was immediately told it may take an hour and I agreed…2 hours later i called and I was told that my pizza was in the car for delivery! An hour later I called back and asked to speak to the manager and the so called manager Emily first lied and said that I requested carryout…REALLY??!! She then told me she could have the pizzas delivered but I would have to wait another 2 hours at half off and there were NO APOLOGIES??!!! This is NOT good customer service, accept and admit you messed up and fix it! If I could have given less than 1 star I would have.

Pizza has way to much sauce. Workers have attitudes when i let them know my salad had hair and lint in it. Then i was charged for crackers that supposed to come with my salad was not giving parmesan for my pizza when asked I got a half cup that someone used already they are just unprofessional and rude I will never order there again.

This location is probably the worst, staff is not friendly or helpful and the pizza quality is not the same as other locations I have tried. They can give Imos a bad name. I had a horrible experience when trying to redeem a free birthday pizza. I spoke with the manager and she pretty much stated there is nothing she can do….well i’ll email corporate.

Food is fine but customer service is terrible. I called to place an order and was hung up on. I called back and the guy that answered clearly didnt want to be at work. Will definitely stick to ordering online. The delivery wait time is always 1.5 hrs, but the drivers have been cool.
