Very bad attitude when I tried to call and place an order. Customer service is horrible. The lady I spoke to acted as if she was angry that I was calling to just place an order. Just nasty for no reason!

Terrible customer service. Ordered Xl (16″) pizza and received a 16″ box with a 14″ pizza inside. They attempted to argue the pizza size dispite a picture showing the 14″ measurement. After arguing and measuring the pizza themselves they tried to shift blame saying corporate reduced the size of the shells. So it sounds like this store is saying corporate is cutting back and trying to make more profit. Will not be going there again!

I’ve lived 2 mins away from this Imos for a week and ordered 3 times. The 3rd time will be the last and they’ve lost a ton of money screwing me over the way they did. The rude women who hangs up on your calls and acts like you didn’t place an order is horrific. I drove there while on hold and then the women knew my order then when I said I wanted a refund said she had no history of my order?. Not even a good liar. Had the delivery man do her dirty work for her, and I tip 20% min so it’s really hurting the drivers not the worthless lady who was working tonight.
