We tried a little bit of everything. Pizza was delicious! Chicken fingers were good as well. We tried the bread bites and they were different. There was not much service. It was nice and quite inside. I would definitely go again! We liked everything we tried.

Much better than the old place. If you have not been here since the new owners took over and completely remodeled the place, come back and give them another try. They have completely redone the place and the menu. We were impressed with the food, service, portions, selections and prices.solid 4 stars.

Ordered a hot roast beef and cheese sandwich, french fries and half size house salad. Delivery time as promised. Food packaging was impressive. Everything tasted good. Delivery driver was courteous. Enough food for two meals.

2nd time in a row ordering a chef salad and there was barely any meat on the salad. When I ordered I mentioned last time that my salad was made incorrectly and the person taking my order says the person known for making the salads “skeet” was not there and that it would be made correctly. Well the salad was once again very short on toppings. When I called I was very polite and was told the owners daughter made the salad and that it couldn’t have been made wrong and refused to fix the issue. I managed an Imos pizza for years and know how salads are supposed to be made. Will be contacting the owner not over the salad but due to how unprofessional the employees treated me.

My wife was trying to use her rewards in the app and something happened and the app froze and the points were “used”. She called in to see what happened and tried to explain to the lady what happened and she didn’t really care to listen. Her comments were “ you have only ordered twice”- “you have no points”- “you have ordered through Crestwood, call them and maybe they can help.” Ended up placing the order anyway as we just returned from vacation and specifically wanted Kirkwood IMO’s. Customer service at this location has gone downhill. I will be hesitate to order from the location. No manager stepped in when I was talking to the gentleman at the register and I’m sure they heard me as I heard them complaining about a family that had loud kids and how they wanted them to just leave! I have worked in the industry for 12 years and I know kitchen talk. Don’t talk so customers can hear! I will say, the gentleman that rang me up, took $5 off the total and I let him know my frustrations weren’t with him and thanked him. Hopefully this imo’s can improve how they operate! Will continue to go to Crestwood as advised by the young lady working for the Kirkwood IMO’s.

The future of frozen pizza to come. You can’t get good service from Imo’s anymore. They’ll be at your local Schnucks etc if not already. Probably right next to the other frozen mass produced items. Not only has the quality of service gone down, they have a general manager now who is entitled and has 0 customer service qualities. I won’t share her name but ask if she is at the location, if so hang up. You will be very disappointed. My favorite is when she passed off a side salad as a chef salad by tossing 1/2 an egg under the dressing, a few scraps of meat. The worst part of having to write this review. I grew up eating their pizzas, when I walked in. It reminded me of when I was a child. Then “SHE” came to the counter.

Imo’s was recommended as a “must do” while in St. Louis. This particular location is a little small and dark, but the service was prompt and our order was filled accurately.

It’s an STL thing. Try it at least once. The pizza is circular and cut into small squares. There is an interesting cheese (provel) that comes on it. Parking is in the back.

It was great. Draft beer in frosted mugs was delicious. Bacon on deluxe pizza was perfectly crisp with great flavor. Atmosphere and service was great. Recommend this Imos. Parking is in back with an entrance. Little hard to find

We ordered a Deluxe 14″, a Bacon and Cheese 14″ and a Cheese 16″ with 2 sodas. It was like $65. I thought that was a great deal. My Aunt was with me for the day and this is her favorite restaurant. I have to mention, I was a little grossed out when a driver stepped in front of us and proceeded to fill his water bottle up with Powerade and touch the mouth of the bottle on 2 different dispenser tips at the fountain soda machine. When i worked at the Wildwood Imos along time ago delivering pizzas im sure my manager there would have freaked out. Hopefully they sanitize those every night!
