I order from this Imo’s twice a week. The other night after spending the evening with my Mother in her bday who just beat cancer. I came at 11:53. The lady preceding to clean up. Looked at me 5 separate times and did not come to the window. As did an another guy. Lady who finally came offered me a free cheese stick for how rude that was. Get home, cheese sticks were all exploded and the pasta was all on the side. Manager offered me free sticks and pasta. So 2 free cheese sticks and 1 pasta. Manager lied and said I only had 1 free cheese stick and refused to the honor the other one. I will never come back to this IMO’s as I see how they honor loyalty. Manager is rude and it reflects on how his staff behaves. No one smiles in there or gives decent customer service…. Drive the 5 extra mins to the one on Hampton, trust me it’s worth it!!

This was previously a 5 star rating, after receiving a pizza for pickup and driving it two blocks to my house the entire list of topping were crammed to the front of the box, when I called and asked the young lady for a replacement and she informed me that no manager was on duty so I would have to wait until the morning, I insisted because this was my dinner for the evening and she put on who she says was a male coworker, he informed me he was the one who cut the pizza and put it in the hot box so he assures me it wasn’t on his end, I explain I literally live two blocks and did NOT mishandle the pizza, I drive up while still on the phone because at this point I need him to see that it is inedible. He sees it, reiterates that it must have been my fault but he’ll go ahead and make me a new one I just need to go wait out front (which is in a very dangerous neighborhood mind you) I ask if he is a manager and he says he is I then ask why I was told there wasn’t one on duty and I would have to wait until the morning to resolve the issue and receive a pizza, he says he instructed the girl to say that because the general manager usually handles these things, I inform him that this entire experience has been an extremely poor display of customer service to which he replies he also disagrees with that. I’ll be contacting corporate to file a complaint for waiting and hour in an extremely dangerous neighborhood and being accused of being a liar. I also will either go to a different location or just give my money to cecil Whittakers, I should add that I previously would order from here sometimes multiple times a week because of the proximity to my home. Definitely spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Ordered online and was told my pizza would be delivered in about an hour. As I was on my way home my delivery driver, Dennis, called me to say he was at my house- 10 minutes earlier than I expected. I let him know that I was on my way and he went above and beyond, offering to drop off the next order he had and come back. I really appreciated his offer and accepted, so my order wouldn’t be left unattended on my doorstep. It’s the little things that can make a big difference. Thanks Dennis!

Used to be our favorite store and the service has dropped. I ordered a medium hamburger pizza with an 8piece sweet and tangy wings well done. The best thing about this order was the soda. The pizza was just a big sauce crust with a little cheese and a couple of pieces of Hamburger with a burnt crust. I also received boneless wings instead of regular wings and they were overdone. Terrible food and service.

I have been ordering Imo’s for 40 years. I have to say this is the best store I have come across. You order online and it says it will be ready in 40 minutes. It is there in 20. The pizza is hot. Every time I have ordered the delivery driver texts to thank me for the tip. You guys are killing it! Good job! P

After a long, really depressing Cardinals game we sought out some IMO’s Pizza and the service did not disappoint. We got there and the card machine broke as soon as we got up to the window. The manager was beyond kind and explained the situation to us and told us that they would get it figured out as soon as possible. He then proceeded to give us free drinks for the wait, and then personally brought out the pizza when it was done! Even though the Cardinals lost, IMO’s customer service made up for it!

I ordered Cheese manicotti with extra 2× the cheese. I got some nasty noodles thing with meat and green stuff in it. I called to tell them about it. The lady was rude, I said my garlic bread is going to ice cold before my correct meal gets here. I was told they didn’t mess up my bread that they are only making my cheese manicotti. So if I paid for manicotti and it comes with garlic bread and they messed up my order they should replace my garlic bread as well because if my order was correct then my garlic bread wouldn’t be cold so I paid full price and only received the pasta. She is a rude woman who doesn’t deserve to work around people. I will never order from Imos on Spring again
