I had a great experience here, cashier looks out for customers and offers better combos and discounts if you weren’t aware of them, basically I got extra food for a tiny bit extra and it tasted great. Prices are reasonable and portions are filling. The sides are also very tasty, well seasoned and crispy.

I called in a carry out order and ordered, a sausage and onion pizza but received a Canadian bacon and onion pizza. I called and spoke to the manager Matt. Not only did he make it right but he also delivered it! Instead of it being a large he gave us an extra large and it was excellent. This store and manager went above and beyond to make it right for me.

I have been a customer of Imos pizza for.over 35 years. I received all drums with my order in which I did not request. I called my order in. I spoke with the assistant manager and was told we give the customers whatever is in the bag when we open it. Common sense would tell him if he only had drums he should call the customer and see if that is fine due to most customers like a mixture or one of the other! This is the first time I have ever had this issue and a manager who does not offer a replacement or resolution! I do not eat drums! The Customer satisfaction is a low priority evidently for this store. Hence the poor RATING! If I could give a zero I would

The service received today was totally unacceptable. I called to place an order for our office lunch and apparently caught “Casey G” on a bad day because their attitude was uncaused for. Maybe adding phone etiquette to your training exercises will help? Because speaking as if you have something else better to do and rudely hanging up isn’t going to cut it. Then, we finally receive the order only to see that the pizza slices were tossed all over the place and WRONG. I can totally understand being overwhelmed in customer service, however please be mindful that your service reflects your business. If you do not care to give adequate service to your PAYING customers, then by all means, CLOSE DOWN!
