I’ve been coming to this location for about 3 years. My last few visits has been HORRIBLE!!! The pizzas over SAUCED! Not enough cheese and sometimes over cooked. They pile cheese on their salads! I’ve complained 3 times already. Today the manager didn’t care a bit, he started he will put light sauce under my number. I will not be patronizing this location anymore. The one on Washington in Florissant has never disappointed me. Please give your business to another location.

I would not recommend ordering from here the delivery driver tips his self and when you call the manger he tells you it’s something you have done . Be CAREFUL BECAUSE THE DRIVER WILL CLICK THE TIP ON HIS OWN THEN HAVE YOU SIGN . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE my order totaled to 36.98 while my card was charged 44.21

Need to listen to customers order. A chef salad is completely different from a Caesar. Drive thru needs to understand once Home problems cannot be fixed. Sad.

Previously I haven’t had any any issues with this location, but recently the service was less than desirable. To go order was missing utensils and crackers for salad, chicken bites/tenders were overcooked, and instead of my ordered cinnamon bites, they gave me sliced cheese bread covered in cinnamon and sugar. Unbelievable. Just tell me it’s was unavailable when I picked up my order and don’t charge me. Poor and unacceptable customer service.

I wanted to try this place out cuz I’ve never been. Ordered over the phone at 5pm. They had my order ready very quickly! Pizza was a little soggy with barely any crust but tasted fine! The wings were very dry and hard and not even the sauce could save them! The girl I talked to and the guy at the window sounded bored. The guy at the window seemed grouchy and acted like he didn’t want to be there. I don’t think we’ll come back.

I am very disappointed with the service and quality of food I received last week at IMO’s. I ordered before I left town and was super excited, and I was super sad about the the almost 2 hours I waited and the cold tasteless quality of the food. I will buy frozen Lena’s from now on.

I will not be coming back after speaking with the store manager Tim. The wings were under cooked and still pink/ red on the inside. I called and spoke with Tim and he proceeded to tell me that the wings were cooked twice and there was no way they were undercooked, my husband also began throwing up within an hour of eating at this place. He proceeded to tell me it was not bc of the food. This man called me a liar without saying it, I eat Imos all the time and this has never happened.
